Husband and I stopped in after a recommendation. With guidance from the server we split the lunch special and added coconut shrimp and potstickers. There was more than enough food, it was delicious and the service was spectacular. We'll definitely be back.

For a quick Chinese bite, this place lands somewhere in the middle—convenient, but not especially memorable. The selection was fairly limited, so choices felt a bit constrained from the start. I ordered the chicken fried rice, which leaned heavily on soy sauce rather than a more balanced, traditional flavor—it filled the plate, but didn’t quite satisfy. The coconut shrimp was fresh, though it tasted like something you’d recognize from the freezer section of a grocery store—pleasant enough, just not standout. The Szechuan chicken was made with all white breast meat, which kept it tender and enjoyable to eat, but the sauce lacked the depth and authenticity you’d hope for to really bring the dish together. That said, the service was quick and top notch—everything came out fast, and the staff was attentive and efficient, which definitely made the experience smoother. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re in a rush and need something quick, but not a place I’d go out of my way for. A solid 3-star experience.

I’d heard great things about the combo salad, but I was highly disappointed. I have no idea what the hype is about. It’s a bunch of lettuce with a little chicken and minimal flavor. Staff was very kind, however, but overall will not be back due to the food. Was also very unimpressed with the orange chicken.

You literally HAVE to go here. It’s a Newport staple. The Combo Salad is legendary, if getting takeout get the crunchies and dressing on the side and add once home. The lunch special (choose 2 of half chicken fried rice/half salad/half wonton soup) is what to do. Weekend brunch to with bottomless mimosas great for a Sunday!

Total goldmine. The staff? Seriously, the nicest people ever, always up for a chat and know their menu backwards and forwards. It's got that perfect buzz – busy enough to know it's good, but not fighting for a table. And the food? Fresh, fast, and just plain tasty, whether you're grabbing a quick bite or settling in for a chill meal. Honestly, it's just a super relaxed, good vibes kinda place.
